About the Dupuis'
We met at the end of November 2017 in Cobden, Ontario while both working at Whitewater Brewing Company. He was the Logistics Manager upstairs in the office and I was in retail downstairs on the floor.
I was a fashion journalist who had just moved from Toronto and was NOT planning on staying in the small town. The day I first saw Kyle, he walked downstairs at work and I was mesmerized. I asked our coworker, “GIRL! WHO IS THAT?!”
“That’s Kyle,” she said. I asked her if he was single and she didn’t know, but promised to find out. It turns out, he was single and our courtship began with a small conversation.
Early in our relationship, we discovered we had previously met several times and crossed paths with even living areas.
We originally planned a Halloween wedding for 2020, with trick-or-treating to boot! But with COVID and our move out West, we cancelled those plans. After planning and replanning, we finally tied the knot on October 31, 2021.

Our podcast is where we spill the tea on journeys of newlywed life. Our blog is a more intimate look at our married life and day-to-day adventures, mainly for family and friends. If the content interest listeners, that's terrific, but no pressure!
Together we like to go hiking and snowboarding, and playing on the water (him in his kayak and her on her paddle board). We enjoy doing yoga, paint nights led by Kyle (he's like Bob Ross), playing board games, camping, and having outdoor adventures.
We love to try new things together and with our friends and family. Above all, we enjoy spending time with our cats and watching Saturday morning cartoons with them — in our pjs, eating quiche and drinking Pemberton Valley coffee.
